The charger hardware designs, the firmware, the load-balancing control loops, P1 handling, the Matter modules, the platform and the data services are available to customers: licensed, transferred with support, or built into a product for you.

## Forms

- **Licence:** you build your product on our design and firmware; one-off, per unit or royalty, to be agreed.
- **Design files with support:** you receive the files and we stay available while your team takes over.
- **Full transfer:** for a customer who wants to own a variant outright.
