# Chat

One chat, two modes. Ask anything the site knows, in Dutch or English. Enter the 10-character code from the QR label on the site controller and it shows that charger's live status: online, what each charging point is doing and why, faults, WiFi, sessions.

## General support

The chat answers from the same documentation that is on this site: products, standards, installation, load balancing, the app. If it does not know, it says so and offers to pass your question to support@edgetech.eu.

## Your charger

Type the 10-character code on the QR label on the site controller, here or in the chat. For a charger with a subscription you see:

- online or offline, and how the WiFi is doing (signal, drops in the last 24 hours);
- per charging point: what it is doing, the current and number of phases, the energy of this session and the last one;
- why it is not charging, or slower than expected: waiting for enough power or for solar surplus, delayed charging or a schedule, the car not taking power, the cable or a maximum that limits it;
- faults in plain words, also ones that cleared in the last days;
- how long your subscription runs.

Installers on site use it to see what the customer sees, without an app account. Without a subscription you only see how to renew it.

<form class="idf">
<input autocomplete="off" autocapitalize="off" spellcheck="false" placeholder="10-character code or link" aria-label="10-character code from the QR label, or the link from scanning it" required>
<button class="btn" type="submit">Show my charger</button>
</form>

## Control (coming soon)

With the ID and an active subscription, and after a confirmation code in the MyCharger app, the chat can also schedule: "charge my car with 10 kW from midnight" becomes a scheduled session at 3×15 A from 00:00, within the site limit, and the chat confirms what it actually set. Status is readable with the printed ID; control needs the account.

## Privacy

Status lookups by ID show operational data only, no names or addresses. The chat's knowledge base is public documentation; conversations are not used to train anything.
