- Cookies: none for tracking. A language preference and a remembered chat panel state are stored in your browser only.
- Analytics: page and button counts without personal data, to see what visitors ask for.
- Chat: questions are processed to answer them; status lookups by 10-digit ID show operational data of that charger only. Conversations are not used to train models.
- Platform and app: the data needed to run your charger and your account; see the app’s terms.
- Upload services: described on each service page; files are deleted after the advice is sent.
