We support your customers
For the people who use the chargers you sell, and the installers who service them: the MyCharger app, chat support with live diagnostics by 10-digit ID, warnings before the call, firmware updates in the field, and the energy-advice services. Your customers call us, not you.

EdgeTech sells to wholesalers, installers and OEMs. The chargers end up with households, VvEs and companies, and those people need support. We give it, under your name where you want that, so that supporting a charger is not the reason you stop selling them.
What a connected charger gets
| With subscription | Without | |
|---|---|---|
| Charging, plug and charge, dynamic load balancing | yes | yes, locally |
| MyCharger app: start, stop, schedules, solar modes, history, exports | yes | no |
| Chat support with live status of the charger | yes | general questions only |
| Warnings by push or email before something fails | yes | no |
| Firmware updates in the field | yes | no |
| REST API for Home Assistant and DIY | yes | no |
| AI control: “charge my car with 10 kW from midnight” | yes | no |
The subscription is bound to the site controller, not to a phone; one subscription covers a household. It is the same thing wholesalers and OEMs know as the support subscription.
