Chat
One chat, two modes. Ask anything the site knows, in Dutch or English. Enter the 10-digit ID from the QR code on the site controller and it shows that charger's live status: online, state, errors, firmware, last session. Try the mock on this preview with the Chat button.
General support
The chat answers from the same documentation that is on this site: products, standards, installation, load balancing, the app. If it does not know, it says so and passes your question to support with your email, or gives you the phone number.
Your charger
Type the 10-digit ID printed in the QR code on the site controller. For a charger on the platform, the chat shows:
- online or offline, WiFi signal, firmware version;
- per socket: state (no vehicle, connected, charging), current per phase, session energy;
- error bits in plain words: over-temperature, stuck relay, ground fault, DC leakage, pilot out of range;
- Modbus quality between site controller and chargers;
- the last warning the platform sent, and why.
Installers on site use it to see what the customer sees, without an app account.
Control
With the ID and an active subscription, and after a confirmation code in the MyCharger app, the chat can also schedule: “charge my car with 10 kW from midnight” becomes a scheduled session at 3×15 A from 00:00, within the site limit, and the chat confirms what it actually set. Status is readable with the printed ID; control needs the account.
Privacy
Status lookups by ID show operational data only, no names or addresses. The chat’s knowledge base is public documentation; conversations are not used to train anything.
Open: text only or voice too; which model; hand-off to the ticket system.
